- Facilitating the review and improvement of end to end processes across Three UK, ensuring processes are designed and delivered in accordance with agreed standards.
- Cobuild a framework to facilitate ideation, innovation and deliver proof of concepts / prototypes.
- Improving throughput and flow of delivery from business planning from right through to customer live

- Supporting partnerships with business leaders to help drive the identification of improvements in their respective areas
- Identification of improvement opportunities to drive simplification, digitisation, scalability, optimisation, and standardisation, whilst working in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
- Facilitate improvement work in line with required capabilities and prioritisation
- Manage "continuous improvement" focused programmes using the lean Six Sigma & project management methodologies
- Provide comprehensive tracking of improvements and their 'measures of success' benefits
- Presenting to SLT stakeholders
Responsible for:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement via operational excellence & business agility by promoting an improvement mindset, behaviours, and ways of working across key business areas
- Collaborate across the organisation(s) to codesign relevant methodologies and frameworks to underpin the scaling of continuous improvement & business frameworks capability
- Supporting the implementation of agreed improvement methodology with understanding of multiple competence levels e.g. awareness, practitioner and expert.
- Proficient in agile coaching, service design, process design and mapping expertise.
- Ensuring processes are designed and mapped in line with agreed standards.
- Support HO with maintenance and prioritisation of the improvement opportunity pipeline in accordance with business priorities, impact and risk.
- Take a pragmatic, collaborative and datadriven approach to deliver improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the Strategy, PMO & Delivery function (UK) to ensure alignment
Deliverables:
- Design mechanisms to support rapid time to market by focusing on business agility and designing for flow
- Define & implement a simplified and an integrated process, reducing delivery timeframes
- Support new ways of working that redefine how we work and reinvent how Three engage in the delivery of change
- Support the creation of a framework for innovation and build the foundations of a culture of a growth mindset
Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience of:
- Supporting largescale cross functional improvements, process transformation, service design and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying OE requirements and working within the team to prioritise their delivery
- Running solution/opportunity identification workshops to solve specific problems for the key business stakeholders
Qualifications /experience required to deliver the role:
- Proven track record of delivery for large-scale cross functional improvements and process transformation.
- Demonstrates the ability to bring thought leadership to their area, decompose problems, collaborate, deliver sound decision making and communicate effectively.
- Proven ability to motivate people, recognise gaps and build plans to develop capability.
- Proven ability to collaborate with all levels within an organisation
- Proven record of working in an ambiguous, fast paced delivery environment showing an ability to handle ambiguity and differing speeds of change.
- Can demonstrate being comfortable solving problems, working through ambiguity.
- Strong grasp of usercentred design and business architecture methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean equivalent certification or higher

- The ability to articulate understanding of change approaches, systems and complexity thinking.
- Be able to evidence experience in Agile Coaching, operational improvement methodologies and frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, TOM design, Agile, organisational design
- Be able to evidence embedding Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across multiple business areas.
- Demonstrate an understanding of use of appropriate method for the situation in consideration.
