We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Duties:
- Up sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate order processing
- Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations

Pay:
From £24,584.87 per year
