Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:


  • Up sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accurate order processing
  • Analyse customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:
From £24,584.87 per year
