Description
Our client, a prestigious motorcycle design and manufacturer based in Hinckley, are looking for a suitable person to provide administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the team
- Process information from internal notes
- Set up new parts and update records using internal systems
- Running of reports and refreshing data, using AS400 and Excel
- Data input and updating spreadsheets
- To undertake and assist with projects as required by the Manager
- Any other adhoc duties as required by the Manager
- Maths & English GCSE C grade or above
- Proficient in MS Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have worked in a similar role, or have previous admin experience
- Self motivated with the ability to take instructions and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Be flexible on working hours when necessary

From £14.12 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
