Description

The Head of Workforce (Planning & Deployment) will support the Managing Director, Deputy Directors and Clinical Director in the delivery Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) services across the DHU UEC Division.

The Head of Workforce (Planning & Deployment) will work closely with the Head of Operations and Heads of Clinical Service, and has responsibility for the performance delivery of the divisional Urgent Primary Care Portfolio.

The postholder will ensure that the UEC Divisional Strategy is translated into effective workforce planning & deployment strategies and plans, which optimises all available resources to best value and advantage.

The post holder will provide leadership to the workforce planning and resourcing teams ensuring the highest quality standard service, optimisation of the workforce systems functionalities and workforce data reporting, analysis, and presentation across the Urgent and Emergency Care division.
