Job Description:


Looking for a part time rewarding role? We are recruiting for a Part Time Weekend Schedulers to work 9am -5pm every other weekend and be part of the on call team.


To perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for clients whilst providing the highest quality of service to clients.


  • To manage the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of client support always ensuring the continuity of service
  • Managing Care Professional rotas ensuring consistency of advance schedules
  • Be responsive to changes in the schedules and work with relevant team members
  • Contribute to on call Rota Saturday and Sunday
  • Deal promptly and appropriately with any queries received or concerns raised
  • You would be expected to cover Wellingborough and all surrounding areas.

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a smaller role advantageous
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Passionate in delivering a highquality service to all Clients and Care Professionals
  • Flexible and committed
  • Full Driving Licence and vehicle essential
  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure
