Our client is a small independent integrated communications agency based in London with a core focus on digital and has a fantastic opportunity for an
Account Director.

The ideal person will love helping clients to solve their strategic challenges and deliver outstanding creative work. Working on a diverse range of briefs covering many communication channels for financial services, travel and retail clients.

The role

Supporting the Client Services Director and Managing Director in delivering against the agency's commercial and strategic objectives
Building client relationships and helping to grow agency income
Writing briefs and proposals, briefing and assessing creative work, oversight and delivery of endtoend project management
Leading and managing a team
Playing a key role within the wider team on new business pitches
Hybrid working

The person

Relevant agency experience with minimum 2 years as Account Director
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Knowledge of integrated marketing especially digital and social media
Can think strategically, creatively and commercially
Ability to establish relationships with new/existing clients at all levels
Proven track record of helping to win and grow accounts
Sees the bigger picture but has a laser focus on the detail
Excellent presentation skills, a confident communicator who isn't afraid to have an opinion
A people person and supportive team player, who leads from the front

- 'Can do' attitude and problem solver, always going above and beyond

Ability to manage lots of projects at once, work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Not afraid to get their hands dirty
Entrepreneurial, always asks 'Why?'
