More about your role
You will be a marketing professional with a focus on internal and external communications.

You will create, implement, and oversee PR and internal messaging that effectively develop and maintain our reputation, primarily in the eyes of local authoritiesand partners in our sector and our people.


You will understand the audience that you are communicating to and select the appropriate media to ensure the communication is effective; from B2B communications with our local authority partners or aid business development and internal campaigns to launchnew initiatives with our colleagues.

You will also be the designated point of contact for any crisis communications that occur, providing support to local management and where necessary Directors.

This is a fixed term contract role to cover maternity leave until approximately November 2023.

More about you


We are looking for you to have superb communication skills, both written and verbal, and be well tuned to different audiences, ensuring the correct tone of voice is always used.

As you will be covering a maternity leave you will pick up a well-run departmentand will benefit from mature processes, however we are looking for someone to innovate and question ways of working in a continuous improvement culture.


We have also recently re-vamped our internal communication strategy and experience of increasing employee engagement through effective PR and communication skills would be advantageous.
