Job description for Compliance Administrator
***- Building relationships with clients
- Ensuring that invoices for work completed are issued, accurately and on time
- Arranging and attending client meetings
- Updating databases and spreadsheets
- Project Management of a number of clients, being the main point of contact
- Ensuring client satisfaction with the overall service
- Working to KPIs and SLAs
Job skills required for Compliance Administrator
***- Previous experience in either a legal, finance, governance, project or client relationship management role
- You will be motivated, organised with good attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills
- Able to commute to the Manchester City Centre office twice a week
