Job description for Compliance Administrator
***- Building relationships with clients

  • Ensuring that invoices for work completed are issued, accurately and on time
  • Arranging and attending client meetings
  • Updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Project Management of a number of clients, being the main point of contact
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with the overall service
  • Working to KPIs and SLAs

Job skills required for Compliance Administrator
***- Previous experience in either a legal, finance, governance, project or client relationship management role

  • You will be motivated, organised with good attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Able to commute to the Manchester City Centre office twice a week
