We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Leeds.


What would your day look like?

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
  • Accurately updating and maintaining an in house system, processing midterm adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Collecting payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
  • Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration
  • Document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problemsolving
