Our client, a leading property development company based in North London, is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to join their team.

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing a small finance team and overseeing all financial operationsfor the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for all UK group entities.
Managing the daytoday operations of the finance team
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
Managing the company's budget and forecasting process
Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
Provide MI for development projects including variance analysis
Lead audit process

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with prior experience in a similar role
Excellent leadership and management skills
Experience in the property development industry (desirable but not essential)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In return for your expertise, our client is offering a competitive salary of between £65,000 - £85,000, as well as an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to work for a prestigious and growing company.
