Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust to recruit a Head of Digital Training to lead the establishment and co-ordination of structured training initiatives to facilitate the successful implementation of the EHR deployment of a single instance of Cerner and be instrumental in delivering one of the largest single transformational projects delivered within the Trust.

To be accountable for the Programme Training Strategy, ensuring that all training deliverables meet the current and emerging requirements of the programme
Responsible for delivery and management of training within a digital health care environment to support the provision of training to the highest standards of safe, quality care and services to meet the requirements of the programme objectives
Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, with consideration of impact on the programme
Ensuring alignment of training requirements with Trust standard policies and guidelines
To identify where content in existing Trust learning interventions aligns and supports the learning needs required to implement EHR Programme.
Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change
Ensuring the delivery of training to the agreed standards and thresholds
To provide effective line management for the Programme Training team
