RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a well established, market leader in the transport and logistics sector. They are looking for an experienced accounts professional to join their team in an Assistant Accountant role.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be assisting in the preparation of weekly reporting and monthly accounts.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Managing revenues
Weekly reporting
Preparation of monthly accounts
Maintaining fixed asset register
Balance sheet reconciliations
Leasing and maintenance cost accounting

This role would be a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a large organisation whilst having the benefit of exposure to senior leadership in a smaller immediate finance team.

Study support is available to help progress with yourqualification (CIMA/ACCA) and there will be opportunity to progress into larger roles within a growing business.
