Our client is looking for a Temp - Perm Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to provide excellent customer service and admin support.You will be involved in a range of duties including:
- Co-ordinate and help plan work for a set number of service engineers
- Booking in visits with clients
- Reviewing engineers work sheets, raising sales opportunities where required
- Producing invoices following engineer's work
- Ordering materials for engineer's work
- Maintenance of client records
