Position - Administrative Assistant with Reception/Switchboard Duties

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception/switchboard cover
  • All aspects of general administration which covers a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Post and Courier service incoming and outgoing
  • Printing of documents, booklets etc. including large wide format jobs
  • Ordering stationery and other items
  • Assist with the administration duties involved in mobile phone issues
  • Assist with printer issues in offices and sites including Logistics
  • Receiving and organising deliveries
  • Assist travel team, when required
  • Producing Site start up packs and site files
  • Assist Department Manager with other aspects of general administration including:
  • Producing and updating spreadsheets
  • Data input
  • Working alongside accounts ie, analysing invoice back up documents, checking invoices etc.
  • General running of busy stationery office.
  • Stock control
  • Approving site stationery orders
  • Archiving
  • Working with sites to provide internet solutions and install internet in staff rental properties
  • Other duties to suit our business needs
Essential Criteria

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Excellent computer skills

Competent in Microsoft Office

Reception/Switchboard - desirable ( a willingness to be trained on and aptitude for switchboard duties is essential)

Familiar with Sharepoint and Teams - desirable
