Would you like the opportunity to join us as a Band 3 Booking Co-ordinator for the Pre-operative Assessment team, Countywide?


If so, then Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting talented, committed individuals who share our vision, values and professional ambition.


We have vacancies in the Pre-Op Department where you will work Countywide across any of the following sites: Kidderminster Treatment Centre, Alexandra Hospital or Worcester Royal.

The shifts are 8am-6pm or 8am - 4pm, Monday Friday.


Our Pre-op assessments are made through Synopsis which requires a robust booking process to ensure all interactions with the Pre-operative Service are timely and effective at seeing the patient through to their admission.

You will have a lot of patient contact to support them through using this system at home.

Our admin team are small and friendly with a wealth of knowledge to mentor and support any new starter. We also offer full training in all clinical systems and local induction to our department.

Ideally you will have administrative experience and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You may be required to provide leave cover across site including reception duties within this role.

It is an exciting time to join the team as elective surgeries recommence and we develop our service.
