The Role:

As a leak detection officer, you can make your own powerful contribution within our dedicated complexed leaks team.

You'll play a key role in our ambition to maintain the highest standards of housing stock for our residents.

As a member of the team you will also help shape our wider strategy towards leaks, defining key investment needs and considerations for our teams so that our vital works can be properly planned in our capital programme.

This is a customer centric role and you will act as a main point of contact for residents, especially where access is required into multiple properties, to assist in the detection of complex leaks.

Run reports on all aspects of contract management and administration to identify actions outstanding on the job management system, including works, variations, post-inspections and an understanding of payments.

Distribute reports and liaise with the Property Surveyors and contractor to ensure compliance with targets.

Above all, you'll be making a significant impact on our residents' lives, all while contributing to a high-profile area of council activity that will boost our reputation nationwide.
