Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on properties
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
  • Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
  • Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
  • Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding
  • Maintain and care for gardens, including planting, watering, and fertilizing
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various tasks
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
