_Customer service experience within the window and door sector and looking for a new opportunity?_


Our client is a highly successful family owned manufacturer and supplier of Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Orangeries with a network of depots and showrooms across the South West and with a solid and growing retail customer base.


They have created a new role for a customer service orientated sales person to join the business and to build relationships and sales with trade customers in the Exeter area, supported by their highly skilled processing and technical teams.


Trade Sales Advisor role:


  • Promarily a depot based role but with some field sales elements, you will build relationships with potential trade customers across the Exeter / Devon area
  • Develop quoting opportunities, negotiating margins and onboarding customers
  • Work closely with the office based sales order processing, technical and manufacturing teams
  • Account manage the trade customers ensuring they receive a first class service and that any issues are resolved quickly

Skills & Experience

  • Product knowledge of windows and doors and experience of delivering excellent customer service and building great customer relationships is essential
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • A valid driving licence is essential

The Package:


  • Basic £2527k dependant on experience
  • Performance related bonus scheme
  • Use of company van
  • 22 days holiday plus statutory
  • Monday to Friday (No Saturday working)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
