What will you be doing?

  • Meeting facilities coordination, including organisation of meeting room calendars, greeting and signingin guests, preparing refreshments, ordering lunch, preparing equipment and clearing rooms to ensure the smooth running of our meeting room facilities.
  • Responsible for processing and distribution of all business mail recording and distribution of inbound mail and franking of outbound mail, arranging couriers for large items.
  • Maintaining stock levels and distribution of office essentials including stationary, consumables and cleaning items, ensuring office teams have what they need to work safely and efficiently.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office.
  • Ability and motivation to carryout tasks and achieve targets independently.
  • Accuracy and ability to follow instructions.

It would be great if you had:

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Administrative experience.
