1-2 Commercial Litigation Solicitor Permanent Full-time Dispute Resolution Litigation London The firm Our client is an award winning and expanding legal 100 firm, which provides integrated legal services from offices in London and across the South East.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic Chambers and Legal 500 ranked commercial disputes team.

This firm provides a comprehensive range of commercial, dispute resolution and litigation, employment, cyber security and cyber-crime, corporate, intellectual property, real estate and technology,media and telecoms advice to both businesses and individuals.


The department Job Purpose:

To work on a variety of dispute resolution cases, including commercial litigation, arbitration, real estate litigation, professional negligence and Insolvency relatedclaims.

To be responsible under supervision for own caseload of work and own fee targets but also assisting where called upon to work with other members of the Group.


Responsibilities and duties:

  • To participate and contribute to the Group to ensure an effective working environment.
  • To attend the firm's internal training programme and other relevant technical training to ensure that skills and knowledge remain up to date.
  • To attend and contribute to Group meetings to review current work, workloads as well as the Group's position andperformance.
  • To develop his/her own technical expertise.
  • To maintain awareness of the legal market, in particular relating to Dispute Resolution.
  • To promote the vision and culture of the Firm. Other information Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • An interest in dispute resolution work.
  • Some experience of both commercial and real estate litigation ideally required. This firm are looking for an "all rounder", who at this early stage of their career does not necessarily want to specialise in any specificfield of litigation work.
  • A general understanding of contractual and tortious principles, real estate principles and insolvency claims.
