Your role at a glance


The Group Personal Pensions & Corporate Business Protection Team are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrator to become a part of their high performing team.

The Team handles Group Personal Pensions and Group Partner schemes so there's a lot to learn. You'll be providing first class support to the team, clients and other third parties where necessary.

We'll be looking for a keen eye for detail, a real passion to get things right first time and ultimately, someone who takes pride in their role.


What you'll be doing

  • Working in a friendly and highly organised team who provide a first class administration service to both internal and external clients; you'll assist with requests, queries and complete routine correspondence and annual review notifications.
  • Developing relationships which will allow you to offer an efficient service to clients and manage their expectations.
  • Liaising with colleagues, other departments, clients and product providers to ensure that you deliver the requirements of the business and that you meet agreed deadlines.
  • Assisting with recognising how we can improve client profitability or new business opportunities for the Consultants to keep an eye on.
  • Think of a better ways to do things, sharing ideas on how we can constantly improve our methods.
  • Ensuring operational effectiveness by taking pride in achieving the best outcomes.

What we are looking for

  • Broad range of administrative and support services skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Capable and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships, and use interpersonal skills, you'll liaise comfortably peers and clients.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent listening skills.
  • Proven experience in Pensions or Financial Services administration experience would be a huge advantage although this aspect will be developed over time with training.
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision, with a positive outlook and excellent attitude towards new challenges.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines and thrive when handling multiple tasks.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
