About Our Client:


We are working alongside a well known business based in Bury, established in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.

Supplying to a wide range of retailers, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional levels of customer services.


Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator are:

  • responding and managing customer enquiries with potential and existing customers
- prepare and supply quotations

  • Supporting end to end order to cash cycle
  • Visiting events to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery meets standard
  • Be the first point of contact for any customer escalation enquiries regarding product
