Administrator - Facilities Management

Romford
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try Facilities Management.

Ideally, you will based in or around Romford, this role will organise the day-to-day operations of the FM Project. To provide clerical support to our FM managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.


What you will be doing:


The main duties would be assisting the Contract and managers with delivering excellent all forms of FM to our clients.


The main duties would include:

  • Supporting the Midlands and South Contracts with processing of invoices via the Oracle System.
  • Raising of Purchase orders and Sub-Contract orders in Oracle as instructed by the Line Manager.
  • Supporting the Midlands and South Contracts with Administrational support
  • Taking ownership of invoice trackers and FM Contract trackers.
  • Deal with electronic communications in accordance with Galliford Try Policies
  • Provide administrative support to project staff who do not have electronic access to Galliford Try systems including and not limited to the Galliford Try Oracle based programmes for employment services.
  • Raising and closing of Tasks in the CAFM system for Lifecycle, Variations or Chargeable works as instructed by the Line Manager
  • Supporting the Jeopardy & Planning Team for CAFM system updates
  • Receive and appropriately action subcontract or supplier invoices in accordance with Galliford Try policies and procedures.
