Description
An exciting opportunity for LAC / Permanence Social workers in the Merseyside area has arisen.

Liverpool City Council is seeking experienced Social Worker to join their Permanence Team for a competitive hourly rate of £42.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support families in achieving permanent, safe homes for children.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure child wellbeing.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years post qualifying experience
  • SWE registration
