Are you passionate about supporting homeless or vulnerable people to progress towards independence and independent living?

Your role will be to provide an excellent tenancy and estate service, ensuring the varying needs of a diverse range of residents are met. To ensure that One YMCA communities are places that residents wish to live. Working closely with a key range of partners in both assisting tenants to maintain their tenancies within the community as well as dealing with general lettings of properties. To encourage resident engagement with support services and promote a community approach and considerate tenancy conduct, for the benefit of all residents in the locality.

The Housing & Resettlement Worker will work closely with the organisation's staff, clients and ex-clients in order to develop a successful service which seeks to break the cycle of homelessness by providing proactive support, tailored to the individual's needs.

The post holder will also establish strong working partnerships with the full range of statutory and non-statutory organisations, either directly or via project staff, to provide additional 3rd party support to clients.
