We are looking for an experienced band 7 Practitioner to join our Diabetes and Endocrine team, to provide excellent inpatient and outpatient diabetes care cross site.

The post holder will provide clinical expertise both in inpatient and outpatient care, and will join a dynamic team based at WMUH and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
