Are you looking for a new challenge within purchase ledger? This is a great opportunity for finance professionals to join a growing business based in the Leeds area.


  • High volume in voice processing
  • Ensuring automation software works as required and highlighting areas of improvement and efficiencies.
  • Timely and accurate payment processing
  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
  • Resolve and respond to supplier queries
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Coordinating with the management accounts team to ensure our monthly results are delivered within tight reporting deadlines and our balance sheet is robust.
  • Purchase Ledger experience.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • The ability to work to monthly deadlines.
  • Show resilience & initiative in a busy working environment.
  • Personal efficiency and ability to prioritise competing demands

Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds,

West Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)

  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
