- High volume in voice processing
- Ensuring automation software works as required and highlighting areas of improvement and efficiencies.
- Timely and accurate payment processing
- Set up new supplier accounts.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Resolve and respond to supplier queries
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Coordinating with the management accounts team to ensure our monthly results are delivered within tight reporting deadlines and our balance sheet is robust.
- Purchase Ledger experience.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines.
- Show resilience & initiative in a busy working environment.
- Personal efficiency and ability to prioritise competing demands
Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds,
West Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
