A renowned and reputable property firm based in a fantastic central location are looking for an diligent and professional Property Administrator to hit the ground running in an exciting role supporting the projects team.

This an exceptional opportunity ina rapidly growing firm based within slick, highly corporate offices. This is a fully office-based role.

The responsibilities of the role include:
Highly professional and effective liaison with clients, facilities managers, solicitors etc

Managing of large databases - utilising MS Excel and Various Systems

Coordinating of meetings, managing inboxes, processing expenses

Raising and processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices

Gaining records of documentation in order to maintain accurate databases

Preparation of reports using databases and update of spreadsheet based reports

Evaluation of charges and rent increases as well as identifying opportunities for rates savings

Checking and approving client invoices

Management of landlord's consent on programmed works

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
Exceptional levels of written and verbal communication

Confidence dealing with difficult queries and tasks

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Property management experience

A desire to succeed as part of a team

Essential experience within a property administration capacity
