Fund Controller

£400-£600 per day, inside IR35
Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Real Estate Investment Manager in their search for an interim Fund Controller.

Our client has billions of AUM and is looking to hire an interim Fund Controller to support their funds.


Key responsibilities:


  • Processing managing agent transactions
  • Managing the FCA requirements for the fund
  • Reconciling managing agents tenant lease records
  • Preparation of property revaluation journals
  • Preparation and review of acquisition and disposals completion statements
  • Review of consolidation reporting
  • Liaising with auditors and assisting with audit

Requirements:


  • Fund and Real Estate market experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS
  • Solid statutory financial accounting knowledge
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or Qualified by experience
  • Immediately available
  • Experience with SUN/Tramps is beneficial
