Responsibilities will include:

Enhancing the Technology team's capabilities by implementing processes into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
Capable of implementing and understanding the design and manufacture processes from concept through to production and beyond.
Documenting within the company knowledgebase and supporting user in the PLM System
Being organised, reporting potential issues before they occur
Identification and justification of appropriate additional PLM capability for wider business integration

Required:

Technical proficiency: Familiarity with one of the aspects / tools of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems.
Data management: Ability to manage and analyse data in a datacentric approach.
Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Problemsolving skills: Ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.

Desirable:

Engineering experience: While not mandatory, experience in the engineering industry can be beneficial.
Leadership skills: Experience leading technical projects can be a plus.
Innovation and creativity: Willingness to embrace and champion new ideas.
Attention to detail: Particularly in relation to data management and analysis.
