A financial services firm is seeking a Transformation Consultants to support a multi-year programme and delivery of an operating model re-design.


You will be working with the Transformation Director and will work as part of a wider team within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), to ensure an effective operation is established in relation to three key areas: benefits realisation; risk & governance; and organisation design.

This role will be highly dynamic and will require initiative and proactivity.

Key Deliverables

  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the transformation programme maturity, including the comprehension of the predetermined strategy for change and TOM
  • Driving forward major transformation projects, key business lines, and smaller initiatives to realise the company's stated aims

Requirements:


  • 23 years of strong consulting experience
  • Proven experience working with a target operating model implementation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in financial services would be preferable
  • Highly collaborative and able to work at pace
Details

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: In office 23 days per week in Central London
  • Day rate: £500£600 Ltd, dependent on experience
