Description
Our client, a Professional Services company in Leeds, require a new member of their Administration team, this role will allow the successful Administrator to grow within a role and be fully trained on all aspects of Administrative and Secretarial duties.
You will have a little bit of Administration experience and be able to use all aspects of Microsoft software, audio typing experience is a bonus.
Salary:
£23,000
The Administrative/Secretarial duties will include:
- Digital dictation
- Document production
- You will be taught reporting
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Reception duties
- Post logging and distributing
- Calls answering and directing as appropriate
- Adhoc support to other teams
