Visual Merchandiser | Oxford | Full Time | £11 - £13 per hour

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a very exciting opportunity for someone to join a really exciting brand as a Visual Merchandiser in their Oxford location.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting store as a Visual Merchandiser ensuring visual presentations inspire customers and improve overall their shopping experience.

As a Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the store has the wow factor, with inspirational and seasonally changing displays in entrances, across departments and event spaces
Drive visual standards across the store.
Optimisation of product ranging and stocking, engaging with appropriate HQ personnel
Ensuring effective internal and external window merchandising of products and support material to improve store traffic
Branch security, maintenance, housekeeping and appearance
You will be proactive and commercial to solve every day problems and make effective decisions
Ensuring all health & safety requirements are met
Maximising sales per square foot, through data analysis & CAD planning

Key skills and behaviours:

Creative visual merchandising skills
Collaborative and able to work effectively, involve and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competent IT capability, including use of CAD design software following training
Resilient and positive about change
Numerate
Planning and project management ability
Organised with the ability to schedule and manage resources to meet multiple deadlines.
