THIS IS FOR A MONDAY-FRIDAY AM SHIFT

Job purpose
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in our Barking branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful nationwide company.

The purpose of the role is to contribute to an efficient processing of operational activities within our warehouse to process shipments.

Main duties and responsibilities

Loading and unloading of vehicles using forklift truck
Reporting any operational queries to relevant Supervisor / Manager
Cleaning and general warehouse duty experience
Being responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations.
To carry out given duties/instructions handed out by Warehouse Supervisor.
Working in a busy, fast paced environment as we are approaching a busy month

Qualifications and Position Traits

Qualifications include:

Driver's License Cat B (Cat E would be a bonus)
Forklift qualified.
Excellent communication skills: verbal
Ability to work without management supervision
Calm under pressure and an ability to adapt to lastminute changes
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
