Your role at a glance
To deliver outstanding client service for LGIM's institutional clients within Client Order Management & Third Party Dealing (TPD). To administer all aspects of TPD processes across client instructions, administration, and settlement. Ensure both regulatory and service level adherence at all times whilst supporting the organisational goals and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • To carry out all tasks as necessary to ensure the accurate and timely execution of TPD client orders for LGIM's Institutional business. Maintaining outstanding service levels to key stakeholders, including TCF principles. Ensure an endtoend understanding of team's tasks and how they relate and impact to all processes, ensuring standard ways of working are applied consistently.
  • Accurately trade on all TPD related accounts and Products including Investment Only platform, ReAssure and external products including Unit Trust, ICAVs and SICAVs. Trade instructions can be received from Fund Managers and Directly from Clients.
  • Process weekly trade requests in relation to QIAIFs including Cash Flow notifications to FM. Rebalancing, trading confirmations, cash & trade journals and True up processes.
  • Represent the team, department in a professional manner, understanding and anticipating the business needs, developing good working relationships with all internal and external parties.
  • To take ownership to design and enhance operational processes & procedures in conjunction with appropriate systems to support functional processing. Participation in change initiatives representing the needs of the department.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of COM & TPD platform operation processes and systems. Be able to produce management information to highlight trends, risks, issues and to analyse errors.
  • Work collaboratively with managers & peers to share best practise, creating an awareness of issues throughout the department. Foster credibility and influence towards developing a reputation of operational and service excellent across the firm.
  • Maintain technical capability & knowledge for the role, keeping abreast of market and industry developments. Evidence development and learning through continuous professional development.

  • Confidently making decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information
  • Building and maintain relationships, including proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Working under pressure, whilst maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
  • Communicating to a high standard, both verbally and written
