Our client is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their dynamic team, to provide exceptional service to their customers throughout Europe.

Our globally recognised client provides excellent service and products to their customers worldwide. They are looking for a strong communicator with reliable and systematic approach to join their UK team. You will ensure that the level of service you provideto their customers is flawless throughout their whole journey.


The role will include:


  • Provide excellent service to customers both verbally and written
  • Work alongside multiple teams i.e., operations, sales, and warehouse, to ensure customer requirements are understood and that orders are correctly prepared
  • Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and correctly using internal departments to cross check prior to dispatch
  • Work closely with 3rd party warehouses to ensure orders are booked, picked and dispatched accordingly
  • Regularly follow up any delivery discrepancies and maintain internal records to ensure all invoices are paid on time

We are looking for:


  • Previous customer service experience
  • A well organised and reliable individual
  • Able to work on their own initiative and flourish in busy work environments
  • Strong team player and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive nature with the drive to see tasks through to completion

£25,000 - £28,000
