Description

The Post holder will have an adhoc on call rota (weekdays long days/nights, weekend long days/nights, 08:00-20:30 and 20:00-08:30) for weekday daytime CEPOD theatre shifts (08:00-17:00).

You will support ward rounds daily with the Clinical Teams.

The post holder will be responsible for the supervision of junior staff in their specialty. The department works closely with the University of Manchester, and medical students are frequently based in the Department.

It is expected that the post holder will contribute to their ongoing education, and to that of any Physician Associate and ACP trainees attached to the unit.
