About Us:
Clear Line are a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor with over 25 years experience in the industry. We are specialising in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage endtoend recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a strong network of construction industry professionals.
Ad hoc duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience as an internal recruiter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Solid understanding of construction roles, functions, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of successfully filling constructionrelated positions.
Familiarity with recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members.
