Norse South East is a highly successful and developing joint venture between commercial specialists Norse Group and local government business partners.

The partnership focusses on delivering key frontline services across the local area, undertaking waste management and grounds maintenance as part of its portfolio.


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Administration Support Officer to join the team based at our Havant office.

This position is being offered on full time, Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.


Your Main Responsibilities:

You will deliver efficient and effective administrative support to the Norse South East management team including:

  • Planning, scheduling & reporting on all waste related management services through the integrated management systems
  • Issuing meeting agendas, booking meeting rooms and taking minutes
  • Preparing reports, presentations and work schedules
  • Dealing with enquiries from all internal and external customers
  • GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade A-C or equivalent
  • A background in other similar administrative or officebased roles.
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using IT (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel etc.)
  • Full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements for the role
