Responsibilities


We're inviting an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and the capacity to manage a broad range of administrative tasks.


Your responsibilities will include:

Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of appointments, meetings, and events.

Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage various documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.

Office Management: Support the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including managing supplies, equipment, and office space.

Event Planning: Organise and manage company events, executive offsites, and other functions as required.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


The Person


Our ideal Executive Assistant to the CEO is someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Here's what we're looking for:

Proven Administrative Expertise: 1-3 years of experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Proactive and Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with other office productivity tools.


Requirements:


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 13 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Dairy management experience is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
