Overview:

Are you experienced within Payroll, seeking an opportunity to drive your career forward by joining a large and well-established business who remain untouched by the challenges of the last few years?


LHH are working with an exciting client with large ambitions to grow and become an even bigger force in their industry.

Due to on-going growth and success, they are now seeking to expand their shared services department by bringing in several experiencedPayroll Clerks to help support their increased staff count.


Key Responsibilities:


  • To review and process all wage data which will include: worked hours, additional payments, expenses, statutory payments, etc.
  • This role will hold overall accountability for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all wage payments to their operatives across multiple sites within the UK.
  • Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader and have specific responsibility for processing of Weekly or Fortnightly or even 4Weekly or Monthly paid employees.
  • Review and reporting of related payroll information such as: Month end holiday information, worked hours breakdowns etc.
  • Work closely with other shared service departments to ensure accurate transfer of information.

Experience

  • Previous experience of a payroll environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to identify anomalies and escalate issues
  • Work toward established payroll deadlines and work flows
