Here at ClwydAlyn, we are looking to recruit a Multiskilled Groundworker to join the Responsive and Voids team around North Wales.

Who are we looking for?
- To undertake all types of groundworks and any associated works to domestic and commercial properties. Works will include inspections and the preparation of reports, planning and carrying out minor and major repairs, site set up and following drawings and work specifications.
- The duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Brickwork and blockwork
- Rendering
- Preparing foundation trenches and ground preparation for construction work
- Laying pavements, kerbs, repairing driveways, concreting, tarmacking and tarmac repairs, block paving
- Landscaping
- Drainage and pipework repairs and renewal, redirecting waterways and connecting to existing pipework.
- Joinery to include shuttering.
- All aspects of fencing
- Laying / repairing water mains
Skills and Qualifications required for the role:
- You will hold a clean full driving licence.
- City & Guilds or NVQ in at least 1 x relevant trade
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- An exceptionally good understanding of tools and equipment to be used.
- An exceptionally good understanding of onsite H&S
- Have good IT skills and competency. Training will be provided on Group specific IT systems.
- Have the ability to complete timesheets and log information electronically.
- You will be part of an oncall rota.
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.
