This Executive Coach role combines skill sets from organisational psychology and consulting, we are looking for a coach who can deliver individual and team coaching.

We are looking for coaches who are fluent in 1 or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Polish.

The Executive Coach role exists to:

Coach our clients and their teams in such a way that we Inspire, Develop and Equip them and their teams to achieve better business results and an improved quality of life
Coach our Senior Executives, in Global Companies, at Board level, not as a remedial intervention, but as a partnership to develop their long term goals and strategic needs.

To achieve the outcomes you MUST have:

- Atleast 2 years experience coaching to C-Suite level in large organisations
