My client are looking for a team of customer service agents to support the BoilerJuice campaign.
BoilerJuice was founded in 2004 by a group of friends who wanted to make ordering heating oil easier, cheaper and more convenient.
This role will be to take incoming calls which could be a variety of general enquiries to include the below:
Role & Responsibilities- Handling Orders
- Dip reads measuring oil levels
- Refunds
- Questions and queries
- Complaints
