Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Support Administrator to join their Internal Sales Support team. Working 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers and external sales engineers to offer administration support
- Offer support in the accounts receivable and debt collection process
Skills and Experience:
- A passion to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Adaptable, highenergy levels and desire to help others
- Good analytic and problemsolving skills
- Able to work and learn quickly in a fastpaced, fun and dynamic environment
