Description
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Support Administrator to join their Internal Sales Support team. Working 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues
  • Create and maintain relationships with key customers and external sales engineers to offer administration support
  • Offer support in the accounts receivable and debt collection process

  • Adaptable, highenergy levels and desire to help others
  • Good analytic and problemsolving skills
