COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR YORK REF 006/23

Excellent opportunity to join this leading firm's growing Commercial Property department in their York office.

The firm has established itself as a regional leader covering both contentious and none contentious law.

The team are seeking another talented member to further the ambitions of the department and build on the department's success.

You should feel comfortable working autonomously on a wide range of commercial property matters such as: sale and purchases, lease variations, advising developers, commercial landlord and tenant matters, purchases, acquisitions and disposals etc

You should be a very professional team player, with good networking and Client facing skills, and keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation generally.

If you have the necessary Commercial Property experience and you are looking for future careerdevelopment and progression prospects, then there is a real opportunity here for the right person.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team with a superb working environment, a firm who really focuses on their employees.

Hours are full time Monday to Friday

Salary is dependable on PQE
