We are looking for a brilliant Social Media Account Executive to join our creative team and support our ever-growing client base.

You'll know your way around Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn better than you know your way around your own house; and you will know what it takes to run high-performing social media campaigns for brands (both organic and paid).

Where:
Gloucester - 4 days from the office, one day remote.

The Company
10 Yetis Digital launched in 2005 and has a strong heritage in creating and managing award-winning public relations campaigns.

As we've grown over the years, we now have PR, social media, video, web development and graphic design teams in-house, to be able to offer a full range of marketing services to our roster of clients.

The Role

Given we are a small business (just 20 of us) this is a very hands on role across many areas of the business.

Not only will you have your own social media clients to manage, you will also help to look after the agency's own social media and marketing campaigns.

You will help to devise, create, deploy, manage and report on social media campaigns and work very closely with our graphic design and video teams in order to create kick-ass content.

You will help support video shoots and the odd public relations event and some (fully expensed) overnight stays and travel can be expected.

Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing social media advertising campaigns would be beneficial, but isn't a key requirement.

You will report in the Head of Social Media and be part of a fast growing team.


What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in social media (12 months minimum)

• Proven experience working with Meta ads (YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn is desirable)
• Good understanding of Google Analytics
• Experience with Facebook events manager e.g. managing social catalogues and pixels
• Account management/clientfacing experience
• A passion for learning and keeping up to date with the latest changes and algorithms

The Person
You are probably a graduate, but this is absolutely not essential.

What's more important to us is a minimum of 12 months of working in a similar social media role with some social advertising experience, either in-house or agency side.

We are a small and highly collaborative team, so anyone who is able to work well as a team and also be self-motivated to succeed will be a great advantage.

You will need to impress us with your social media knowledge and prove that you always keep on top of the latest platform developments and trends.

Don't be shy

Experience in using Mailchimp for newsletters is also a handy skill to have.

In addition to this, it would be great if you have had some level of experience in creating great content in terms of design or video; however, this is not as important as the social advertising knowledge due to the fact that we have design and video staff already.

If you know about Search Engine Optimisation, that would be a great bonus too.

Oh yeah, great English is also an absolute must You will be required to write content plans for clients which need to be free from spelling and grammatical errors and you should also be able to adapt to the different tones of voice of each of your clients and produce content that not only flows but entices the viewer to engage.
