Lincolnshire

£26,000 - £31,000 + Van + Holidays + Pension (PERM)
TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor who specialise in refurbishment and property maintenance. Actively hiring a permanent Multi Skilled who has experience with repointing and loft insulation to name a few.

Work is across Lincolnshire. This is a permanent position 40 hours per week.

Duties of the Multi Skilled Operative;
General Property Maintenance including; painting and decorating, patch plastering / plastering, repointing, loft insulation, plumbing and carpentry.

You will:

Assess and diagnose damp and mould problems
Wash and clean affected surfaces within customer's homes.
Treat damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
Carrying out minor repair works.
Be responsible for accurate recording of tasks and liaising with the scheduling team.
Provide reports on factors within that are a cause of damp and mould.
Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in treating damp and mould
Knowledge of industrystandard techniques and products for damp and mould remediation
Experience of the construction industry, including trades, materials, processes, and Health & Safety especially within a social housing context.
Ability to operate in a positive, organised, efficient and selfmotivated way.
Multi Trade skills such as decorating, bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, plastering
A full clean driving license
