This role is Home based and to cover the North East UK (Tyne and Wear, Durham, Middlesbrough)


Hours:37.5 hours


Salary:
£42,000 plus excellent benefits and car allowance of £5,800

About the role


You will be accountable for managing a range of local and regional projects to ensure that Anchor meet all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements for the delivery of fire risk remediation works and associated building safety works.


You will manage the delivery of fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys and work with colleagues in IT and the Health and Safety to ensure the Anchor understands the risks inherent in its buildings around fire.


You will ensure that projects are completed in the most efficient way in accordance with Anchor performance specifications, current Fire Risk Assessment guidance and legislation, in order to achieve 100% Fire Risk Assessment action compliance.


About you


You will have the ability to use initiative to establish if Fire compliance can be achieved by more than one method to overcome non-compliancy.

You will have the ability to quickly identify, react and manage increasing FRA actions and source additional contractors and supply chain to deliver whilst adhering to compliancy target dates

You must have excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

You should be able to manage all aspects of communications with operational colleagues for projects including direct liaison for all leasehold scheme above and below Section 20 threshold.
