Top Job Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Outbound callers for a Contact and Fulfilment Centre based in Great Bentley.

Due to the location of this role you must be able to drive or able to access Great Bentley by public transport.

You will be making outbound calls to a database of customers on behalf of charities.


Duties:


  • Make outbound charity courtesy calls
  • Handle customer services calls
  • Updating systems

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer Literate

Pay rate:
£10.42 per hour


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Start Date:
Tuesday 4th April 2023

Duration: 3-4 weeks
